Exchanges

Exchanges (including limited edition items) will only be accepted if the item has a manufacturer damage. Photo(s) must be provided via email to berlincubusart@gmail.com prior to exchanging the item. Exchanges can only be processed once the items have been returned.

If the product being mailed back is damaged in any way, the order will not be eligible for an exchange.

Returns

Items (including limited edition items) can only returned and exchanged if the item has a manufacturer damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for an exchange.

Please do not send the items back without contacting berlincubusart@gmail.com first.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds on cancellations can only be processed if your order has not shipped.

Damages

Berlincubus Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
