Shipping Method & Processing Time

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. An email with your tracking number will be sent once the shipping label has been created. Allow a day or two for the tracking information to update in the USPS system as packages are dropped off every 2-3 days (except on weekends and holidays).

Damages

Berlincubus Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

Berlincubus Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
